 It’s no secret that I’m a design junkie! It’s also no secret that Shell’s Lofts has evolved big time throughout the past few years. We’ve learned that we love bringing community together through hosting our own in-house events and that we LOVE working with film and photo shoots (shout out to Netflix, HBO, PBS, Brooklinen, Refinery29, Comedy Central, and so many more amazing crews we’ve had the pleasure to work with!). We’ve also discovered that the shoots, OUR events, and the design are all connected and that the design (what I love most) is at the core of that connection. It’s the foundation for the spaces I’ve created to gather and film in—living spaces that feel like home but are large enough to host 40 people or act as a character in a film. These spaces are where I get to play with mixing my favorite West Elm couch and  Anchal Project pillows with one-of-a-kind ceramics I’ve brought back from South Africa.
